Our main factory (Abattoir / Meat Wholesaler) is based in Grantown-On-Spey and we took over the vacant Butchers in the High Street to give the locals and visitors a quality source of fresh meats and deli.
As a local company we have vast resources developed over 40 years and supply only the best locally sourced Scotch Beef Scotch Lamb & specially selected Pork, which we process at our factory. All of our livestock comes from “Farm Assured” Farms, which means they must meet strict criteria set by the APHA (Animal and Plant Health Authority) and FSS (Food Standards Scotland).
Likewise, we are also audited by both authorities and must meet their requirements to meet food safety.
We are also accredited by Quality Meats Scotland, Red Tractor and Scotch Beef Club, in addition to our “A” Grade BRC accreditation, this gives our consumers the confidence that they are buying safe, fresh, fully traceable fresh meat and meat products.
All meats are supplied by us prepared fresh in the shop by our qualified Master Butcher.
