    We would love to welcome you to share our home, a tranquil elegant country house built in 1910 and set in 1.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens which are a haven for wildlife including otter, red squirrels and hundreds of birds. The Dulaig is styled in a comfortable, luxurious blend of modern furnishings and Arts and Crafts antiques and we have three beautifully appointed guest rooms, all en suite, of which 2 are available to let at any time.

    Guests from across the world often tell us our beds, by Vi Spring, are the most comfortable they have ever slept in, our breakfasts are the best they have ever eaten. They adore our Cake Fairy too which delivers wonderful tasty treats to guests every day!

    Amazing breakfasts are cooked to order using quality home-made, home-grown and local ingredients. Just imagine waking up to fresh-baked bread, jams and marmalades, yogurt, granola and much more – all home-made – and eggs from our free-range hens. We also have ever-changing “Daily Specials” such as blueberry pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup. Our passion for providing delicious food using Scottish produce is recognised in our “Taste our Best” Award and especially in the AA Breakfast Award which is held by only a few B&Bs.

    We know Scotland well and will be delighted to help you get the most from your stay. On your return from days out, you can, if you wish, curl up with a book on a huge comfortable sofa, in front of a roaring log fire on cold days. Or why not explore our beautiful gardens which have plenty to see all year round?

    There really is so much to see and do in and around this beautiful area. The Dulaig is within easy reach of the Cairngorms, the Moray Coast and even the North Coast 500 route. We are just 45 minutes from Inverness and its airport, 2.5 hours from Edinburgh and 3 hours from Glasgow.
